Create your event
Pick the occasion — wedding, birthday, naming, graduation or party — set the date and venue, and your event is ready in seconds.
Upload your guest list
Drop in a CSV of your guests (name, phone, email). We instantly turn each row into a personal invitation with a unique QR code — then delete the file. Your guests' details are never stored on NaijaMart.
Invitations go out
Each guest gets their Save-the-Date and invitation by WhatsApp and email. They tap a link to RSVP — yes, no, or maybe — and you watch the responses roll in live.
Check in on the day
At the door, scan each guest's QR code to check them in. The code is cryptographically signed, so it works even without internet and can't be faked or copied.
Connect Google Drive (optional)
Link your own Google Drive and your RSVP and check-in results are written straight to a spreadsheet you own — perfect for sharing with your planner or family.
Thank your vendors
Add a Vendor Appreciation section to your event page and write a short thank-you for each vendor who worked on your day — your caterer, DJ, decorator. Add up to three real photos of their work. Guests who checked in can add their own thanks too, and the vendor can reply. It all shows on the vendor's NaijaMart profile as well, so a good word from you genuinely helps them get their next booking.
Your guests' privacy comes first
- Guest contact details are used only to send invitations, then discarded with the uploaded file.
- We store an invitation reference and its QR token — never names, phone numbers or emails.
- Every WhatsApp message is backed up by email, so invitations always arrive.

What can I do with NaijaMart Events?+
Plan and run a celebration end to end: send invitations, manage a guest list, build a seating plan, sell tickets, book and pay vendors, track a budget, and run a gift registry — all from one event page.
How do guests RSVP?+
Guests receive a link — by WhatsApp, email or SMS — and RSVP without needing a NaijaMart account. Access cards and seating details are delivered through the same link.
How do I pay event vendors safely?+
Through NaijaMart Trust. A vendor engagement is split into milestones, money is held until the work is confirmed, and payouts go only to bank accounts verified against the vendor's identity. If a vendor does not deliver, you raise a dispute and a neutral arbitrator decides.
Can I sell tickets to my event?+
Yes. You can create ticket types, set prices and quantities, apply promo codes, and manage orders. Guests receive their tickets by link.
Can several people help manage one event?+
Yes. You can add team members with different roles, so a planner, a table host or a page designer each see only what they need. Budget access is controlled separately from general management access.
