Create your event
Pick the occasion — wedding, birthday, naming, graduation or party — set the date and venue, and your event is ready in seconds.
Upload your guest list
Drop in a CSV of your guests (name, phone, email). We instantly turn each row into a personal invitation with a unique QR code — then delete the file. Your guests' details are never stored on NaijaMart.
Invitations go out
Each guest gets their Save-the-Date and invitation by WhatsApp and email. They tap a link to RSVP — yes, no, or maybe — and you watch the responses roll in live.
Check in on the day
At the door, scan each guest's QR code to check them in. The code is cryptographically signed, so it works even without internet and can't be faked or copied.
Connect Google Drive (optional)
Link your own Google Drive and your RSVP and check-in results are written straight to a spreadsheet you own — perfect for sharing with your planner or family.
Your guests' privacy comes first
- Guest contact details are used only to send invitations, then discarded with the uploaded file.
- We store an invitation reference and its QR token — never names, phone numbers or emails.
- Every WhatsApp message is backed up by email, so invitations always arrive.
